Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities: 
· Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or on-site when necessary 
· Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to our products 
· Coordinate with internal technical and engineering teams to resolve complex problems 
· Prepare and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and technical materials in the local market
· Translate technical documents between local language and English as needed 
· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving 
· Report common issues and customer feedback to the product and R&D teams for improvements

1. Fluent in the local language; English proficiency is a plus. 
2. At least 1 year of experience in technical support, electrical engineering, or a related field. 
3. Able to travel locally with a valid driving license. 
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset.
